Volunteer Based
All programs except The Great Ohio Bicycle Adventures are run by volunteers. Most participants pay only
the costs of the trip. Non-members are charged $2 per day toward our liability insurance and overhead costs. Special
events and schools are priced to raise money to cover our programs. Every effort is made to keep them affordable while
raising funds. Most are less expensive than comparable programs elsewhere.
Non-Profit Status
Columbus Outdoor Pursuits has 501(c)(3) status. Contributions are tax deductible.
