Bicycling Seminars at Tolles
March 9 & 16, 2002
Want to know how to make roadside repairs to your bicycle? Learn how to have a bicycle camping adventure? Some of our veteran leaders will show you how in two classes offered in March at the Tolles Technical Center, four miles south of Plain City.
Roadside Repair, taught by Jim Scowden and assisted by others, features hand-on skills to give you confidence to handle repairs on the road. The two-day class meets March 9 and 16 from 1 to 3:30 p.m.
Bike Adventuring Seminar, taught by Joe Cofer, also meets March 9 and 16, from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Joe, who has logged 160,000 miles on his bicycle, will describe how to prepare for a self-contained bicycling adventure.
