Columbus Outdoor Pursuits is renting canoes, kayaks, and raft seats for the annual "Red, White, and BOOM!" festivities on Thursday, July 3 in Downtown Columbus.
Boat Rental Info: Fill out the application below and include a check for the FULL rental amount. Max. 4 raft seats and 1 canoe rental per application; only one application per household. Note that 75% of available raft and canoe seats are designated for COP members only. All applicants will be called once their application is received. Rental Fees below include a life jacket and a paddle for each paddler. Life jackets MUST be worn and fastened during all on-water activity - NO EXCEPTIONS! Bring a flashlight or other boat light: No light, No boat. Rental fee does NOT include boat light. Renters are expected to help load/unload equipment. COP may refuse rentals on the day of the event for safety reasons, e.g., high water.

Make checks payable to Columbus Outdoor Pursuits for the FULL rental amount. Partial payment will NOT be accepted. Include your current, paid COP Membership number on your check to receive the member prices on boat rental.
Bringing Your Own Boat? This is simple. Meet with the group, put-on and paddle upstream. However, you MUST have these with you:
Event Date & Time: Thursday, July 3, 2003 at the Greenlawn Marina/Lower Scioto Park (entrance is across from the Impound Lot on Whittier St.)
Application Deadline: June 24, 2003. Applications that cannot be accepted due to space limitations will be returned no later than July 8, 2003.
