Al Moore and Janice “JET” Thomas led a fantastic ride to the corn festival. This year was the best year ever. Forty people participated in this ride on one of the most beautiful days of the year. We had blue sky, nice temperatures and no wind. What more could you ask? This is the third year starting in Carroll. WE had 30 miles of rolling hills before we stopped at the festival. After we loaded up on corn and junk food, some of us stopped at Weldon’s Ice Cream. We then had a nice flat 15 miles back to Carroll.
